When she isn’t assisting with the Tiny Doors project, Fiona is a teacher’s assistant at Meredith Rasdall Mixed Media Art Classes in Avalon, expressive drawing teacher at Fiona Verity Studios in Newport and has taught art at My Kids Art Studio in Killarney.

From 2008-2010, Fiona was director of My Art Box for Kids and was former Warringah Council’s artist in residence where she led the completion of the large mosaic called Warringah Wings at Cromer Community Centre.
