Cam studied a Bachelor of Design at the College of Fine Arts at the University of New South Wales. He has also studied ceramic design and attended the Nova Scotia Collage of Art and Design in Canada. Since graduating, Cam has curated a number of successful exhibitions in Sydney as well as holding his own shows. He’s work is large scale in nature, often figurative with suggestions of gestural abstraction. Working mainly with aerosol and acrylic, Cam also enjoys creating designs with porcelain.
A welcome addition to the Tiny Doors project, Cam dedicates much of his spare time teaching art and design principles, particularly to young people. He has facilitated workshops for various organisations including The Salvation Army and Street Work, while facilitating regular courses for the Councils of the Northern Beaches, Liverpool, Bankstown, City of Sydney and Ryde.
Cam is regularly employed by companies such as Red Bull, Nike and Hurley to paint in public and represent their brands. He is also the co-founder and creative director of a boutique Sydney street-wear brand ‘Feature Mixed Business’.
